1. Introduction

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

Terminated accounts may lose access to data, projects, or generated content.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious code or perform unauthorized scraping;
• Use the platform to generate or distribute unlawful content.

We do not review or moderate user-generated content but reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or the law.

10. Service Availability

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold OWLSEO and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Any content you create or share through the platform.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, unless stated otherwise by mandatory consumer protection laws.
